After an internal promotion, I am working with a family run business in its third generation recruit a QA Manager for their lamb processing plant. Currently processing 2000+ lambs daily for the domestic and export markets and planning to achieve Tier 2 accreditation this year.
As the Quality Manager, we are looking for a professional that is hands on and can manage the day-to-day QA activities of the plant to a level that meets all company and regulatory standards. As it will be a quite a broad role, with a lot of scope and autonomy given we are looking for someone that has worked in food processing prior and can really own this role and support the plant.
We are offering $100,000+ salary packages but if you can demonstrate that you can hit the ground running, we are certainly flexible. Furthermore, the location itself is ideal for a growing family or anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle and work for a company where they truly do value their people.
