In this newly created role, you will report into the General Manager for Engineering and not only be responsible for leading the onsite maintenance teams but also developing strategies to ensure ongoing reliability for all plant and equipment across their two sites.
We are looking for someone with a continuous improvement mindset that has an ability to drive innovative approaches whilst empowering their team to ensure success. You’ll be supported by a company that is willing to invest not only in state-of-the-art machinery, but into reliability and maintenance also.
The successful candidate will need to have a proven ability to engage and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and have a track record of coaching and developing high performing teams to deliver to agreed targets.
Salary packages will be around $190,000 - $200,000+ but if you can demonstrate that you can hit the ground running, we are willing to be flexible and can certainly accommodate requests.
