HSE Manager – Australia | Food Manufacturing
Orion Search is currently recruiting an HSE Manager – Australia for a major food manufacturing business with operations across Victoria and Western Australia.
This is a senior, hands-on HSE leadership role with responsibility for driving a consistent approach to health, safety and environmental performance across the Australian business.
Based in Bendigo, Victoria, the HSE Manager will work closely with site leadership and the broader ANZ HSE function, while providing leadership and support to the HSE team across Australia.
The role will have a strong focus on critical risk, HSE systems and standards, continuous improvement, environmental performance and building a proactive safety culture across manufacturing operations.
We’re particularly interested in speaking with HSE leaders who have worked across food manufacturing, FMCG or other complex manufacturing environments, ideally with experience operating across multiple sites or at a group level.
Location: Bendigo, VIC
Package: Circa $170,000–$180,000 + super + STI
