The Assistant Rendering Plant Manager (2IC) will beresponsible for assisting the Plant Manager in co-ordinating the day to day operations and overseeing the supervisors of the rendering plant. It is
therefore essential to have a background within rendering or meat processing as well as strong mechanical skills.
I am looking for someone that can implement positive changethrough their strong leadership abilities whilst also having great communication skills to ensure systems and procedures are being followed and
targets are being met.
As they are willing to invest in training and development,it could be a great opportunity for someone that is looking to broaden their rendering experience whilst being mentored by the current Plant Manager for
future career opportunities.
