The Maintenance Supervisor role will predominately look after the on-plant maintenance team to maintain production equipment and assist in capital works development and planning.  Some of the day to day responsibilities will include managing the refrigeration, mechanical & plumbing departments and wastewater. $100,000 - 120,000 (inclusive of super) + assistance for relocation

We’re also looking for someone that can introduce concepts to help maintain, plan and improve plant performance. Therefore, it will be a quite a broad role, with a lot of scope and autonomy given. Additional responsibilities will include

• Lead maintenance services to promote and enhance operational reliability while overseeing preventative maintenance and scheduling
• Develop, monitor and ensure timely completion of maintenance action plans both short and long term assisting production superintendents in making operational improvements to reduce costs, increase productivity and reduction of waste and water
• Provide the day-to-day operational leadership for trades personnel ensuring good communication is maintained and promote an open flexible work environment while complying with all Company policies and procedures.
