We currently have an opportunity for a high-energy, innovative and professional Human Resources (HR) Manager who can assume accountability for supporting the development and implementation of a high-quality People and Culture Plan within a meat processing facility.

The preferred candidate will have experience within manufacturing environments such as Food, Meat, FMCG or general manufacturing. Resilience, drive & passion are key qualities that we are looking for combined with an ability to be flexible and adaptable. The following will also be required;

• 3 - 5 years hands - on, relevant experience
• Experience in ER/IR including awards and EBAs
• Strong problem solving and strategic skills focusing on solutions
• Well-developed negotiation and influencing skills 

The Location:

Located in the beautiful Northern Tablelands in New South Wales, this Meat processing facility carries out a seamless end to end export process and relocation assistance will also be offered where required.
