Boning Room Manager (Export Beef)

With over 350 staff across 2 shifts, you’ll be responsible for managing the day to day operations in the Boning Room and leading the Supervisors.
I am looking for someone that can implement positive change through their strong leadership abilities whilst also having great communication skills to ensure systems and procedures are being followed and targets are being met.
You'll be working for an integrated supply chain business currently processing up to 1100 cattle per day over 2 shifts.
The Requirements:
We are looking for a supervisor that has worked in meat processing prior and can really own this role and support the rapid growth. The following requirements will also be needed.
- Previous experience in a similar role, within a processing plant
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven people management skills
- A drive for continual business improvement.
- High motivation levels with a willingness to work
